Organization Structure
The executive team sets strategy, ensures compliance with group governance, and maintains close oversight of operations. The Managing Director for Uganda and South Sudan leads regional operations and reports to the board.
Operational Units
Technical Services: Generator assembly, installation, maintenance, and repairs.
Electrical and Solar: Supply and installation of electrical systems, solar panels, batteries, and inverters.
Automotive and Spares: Heavy duty truck parts, Toyota parts, and related logistics.
IT and Security: Computers, CCTV systems, and network installations.
Projects and Turnkey Delivery: End to end project management for installations and supply contracts.
Commercial and Support: Sales, procurement, finance, and customer service.

Functional Leads Each operational unit is led by a senior manager with technical or commercial expertise. These leads coordinate field teams, manage supplier relationships, and ensure project milestones are met.
Expertise and Experience
Our staff combine long tenure with specialized skills. Many key personnel have been with Crown General for over ten years, which strengthens institutional knowledge and continuity of service. Teams are certified and trained in equipment assembly, electrical safety, solar system design, HVAC installation, and vehicle parts management. Field technicians follow standardized procedures for installation, testing, and handover.
Training and Professional Development
We invest in ongoing training to keep skills current with industry standards. Training covers technical updates, safety practices, quality control, and customer service.
Regular internal workshops and cross-unit briefings ensure lessons learned on projects are shared across the company to improve performance and reduce repeat issues.
