Founding and early years

Crown General Enterprises Ltd was formally registered and established in Uganda on 13 November 2009. Registered and Established in Uganda under the Registrar of companies with Certificate of Incorporation Reg No. 113551 on 13th day of November 2009, accordingly incorporated as a subsidiary of Crown Group Inc UAE and Subsequently in South Sudan.

Growth and strategic expansion

From its inception the company focused on building a resilient supply and service business in power, electrical and automotive sectors. Early activity concentrated on sourcing and supplying generators and spare parts while developing technical service capabilities for installation, maintenance and repairs. Over time the product range expanded to include solar systems, air conditioning, CCTV and IT equipment, heavy duty truck and Toyota parts, relief supplies and turnkey project delivery. This deliberate diversification strengthened the company’s ability to serve government, humanitarian and commercial customers across multiple operating environments.

Operational footprint and resilience: Crown General established a presence in South Sudan to serve clients in that market and to support regional projects.
